Chamber music and guitar ensembles have my special interest. As a younger guitarist, I played in the Dutch, European and Swiss Youth Guitar Orchestras, which gave me the opportunity to play under the guidance of inspiring guitarists, conductors and guitar orchestra pioneers such as Leo Brouwer, Roland Dyens, Dieter Kreidler, Jens Stibal and Peter Constant.
In 2002 I played in the National Youth Orchestra conducted by Reinbert de Leeuw in the concert performance of “Writing to Vermeer” by Louis Andriessen.
Ensemble playing and chamber music also get special attention in my teaching practice, for example with my guitar orchestra the GitaarBend(e). I also teach guitar (individually), arrange, perform, and can be found in my studio where I work on video and audio projects.
On this site you will find information about my work and what I can do for you.
Would love to hear from you!
